Whether you’re a gifter on a tight timeline or have time to spare, we have shipping options to make sure your gifts arrive with time to spare.
Placing an Order
All individual gift box orders, can be started by completing the form under each section of services. Once a form is completed, the design process begins! A proposal will be sent within two business days. Upon final proposal approval and payment is complete, please allow 3-5 business days to ship. For shipped deliveries, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. At this point in our growth, we are only shipping within the United States.
For local deliveries, you will be contacted if there is an issue delivering your order or if the recipient was not home to receive the item and it was left at the door. If you are not contacted, you can assume the delivery was successful.
Return Policy
Whether giving or receiving a gift, we are completely dedicated to creating a memorable and worry-free experience for all. We aim to execute and beautifully design your gift with the utmost attention to detail. If the gift we’ve sent does not live up to these high standards, please contact us at daymaker@shopcelebrer.com and we will make every effort to remedy your concerns.
Changes
We reserve the right to change or adjust items, prices or policies at any time, and without notice. Descriptive or typographical errors used to describe products, gifts, services, etcetera are subject to correct and modification.
How much does shipping cost?
Price will depend on the total weight of your items. We ship via FedEx— the following shipping options are used:
FedEx Groud
FedEx 2 Day
FedEx Priority Overnight
Allow approximately 3-5 business days for delivery once shipped. Please note delivery times are not guaranteed.
Packaging
Each order is packaged and gift ready in a custom CELEBRER mailer box and cushioned with eco friendly stuffer. Because we love our Mother Earth, we aim to be as eco friendly as possible. What does that mean? That means we will reuse and recycle visibly acceptable packaging products like bubble wrap and kraft packing supplies.
